About Me
Born in Olympia, I am a Puget Sound Native. Enlisted in the US Navy 1987 as a Heavy Equipment Technician in the SeaBees. Started in the automotive field in 1992 as a service advisor. Started Summit Auto Glass in 1998 and had shops in Lynnwood, Monroe, and Omak. Moved on from auto glass back to automotive service in 2002. Moved South to take a Service and Parts manager position in Renton, then moved to Tacoma in 2004. My customer service background in the automotive field has enabled me to learn how to work with people, and I have proven that I am a customer favorite. My clients appreciate my sincere, caring attitudes, as well as my attention to details. My Style
I believe in doing things right from the start. This saves the headaches that often go along with doing things the wrong way, then having to re-do them. I believe in learning from successful people, that take care of the customer/client, to ensure I am the best that I can be. I personally live my life by the golden rule, and have always felt most rewarded when I have made a positive impact on another person. I believe in "Acheiving Excellence Through Service to Others and making a positive difference in people's lives on a daily basis".A Testimonial

From the S.E. to the N.W. ....
I was 18 years old and on my way to Vietnam when we made a refueling stop at McChord AFB, in Washington State. Towering in front of me, like a page out of a National Geographic magazine, stood Mt. Rainier, all 14,410 ft. Growing up in So. Florida, having never ventured west of the Mississippi, it all seemed surreal...a picture forever etched in my memory. I was in total awe! One war and 4 years of college later the NW became my new home.
An awesome place to live....
What an incredible place to raise the 2 most wonderful kids in the world. I've had the chance to coach my son in high school football, as well as compete with my daughter in equestrian events. I still coach high school football as an avocation...on the Board of Directors of a local non-profit organization for youth development...involved in my church...remain a member of the USAF Reserves and now and then I get in a round of golf and chase a salmon or two...you can't ask for much more!.......
My Mission Statement....
"OTHERS FIRST".... Seems pretty simple and generic doesn't it...almost trite! How does that translate into my business model? It's all about humanizing the "transaction"and truly caring about the needs and goals of those I serve....from the first time home-buyer to the seasoned investor I strive to make those needs and goals my own. To that end I'm dedicated to assisting my clients in making well informed, educated decisions by continually investing in my personal education and knowledge, along with staying current with market conditions and trends. Let me know if I can help.
I've adopted the words of Calvin Coolidge....
"...No enterprise can exist for itself alone. It ministers to some great need, it performs some great service, not for itself, but for others; or failing therein, it ceases to be profitable and ceases to exist..." Calvin Coolidge.
